HR Learning Analyst

What does a successful HR Learning Analyst do at Fiserv?

The HR Learning Analyst will contribute to the analysis, reporting, and process improvement of various human resources talent and development efforts. Serving as an internal consultant across Fiserv, you will aggregate data, implement, maintain, and update internal systems.

What you will do:

Support overall planning/coordination, design, and delivery of Corporate global learning programs, including refresh of materials, communications to key partners, participant inquiry responses, participant tracking, program measurement/analytics, and general administration (e.g., Learning Management System). Programs include Management training programs, Executive development programs, Global New Hire Orientation

Coordinate with HR partners and business leaders on program commitments

Oversee development-related intranet/Teams’ sites, including internal team repository of all master files/program materials, the career development center, program participant SharePoint sites, and the public Talent Development team site

Analyze and report on initiatives in the development space, such as: The Associate Engagement Survey, Career Path Development, Performance Management Cycle Material Development, Talent Review Planning and Outputs

What you will need to have:

Bachelor’s degree

4+ years of combination of work experience in a corporate environment or military background

Expert level proficiency utilizing Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

What would be great to have:

Master’s degree of MBA

Project management skills and experience

Analytical/quantitative skills

This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Maryland, New York or Washington.
