The Administrative Assistant III/Senior Specializes in providing complex administrative support duties for an individual, group, or department. Responsibilities may include coordination and scheduling, project work, coordinating work of others, supplies and equipment ordering, payroll and general reporting. May work for one or several department professionals or leadership of varying levels. Mentors other staff, provides functional guidance, and assistance with orientation and training.

This role provides administrative support to the Chief of McLean's Division of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (Dr. Daniel Dickstein) & Director of Clinical Operations (Dr. Ralph Buonopane) in all aspects of Divisional matters, including clinical programs, research, education, and philanthropy, assisting in routine tasks with minimal supervision and helping with special projects when needed.McLean and its Child Psychiatry Division are regularly ranked among the top US psychiatric providers, with sites in Bemont, Arlington, Cambridge, and Middleborough MA.The Senior Administrative Assistant provides a strong customer-service focus to work collaboratively with leadership and staff of our programs, those of other McLean Divisions, and those at MGB and beyond.The Senior Administrative Assistant is responsible for the operational and logistical functions within the Division including time-reporting, scheduling, purchasing, check requests/reimbursement, travel approvals, new faculty onboarding, annual performance evaluations for program leadership, and other support functions

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 5 years of work experience required.
