Qualifications:

  • Must be able to lead, train and mentor a team of Experience Guides
  • Must be able to director a team on Licensed Massage Therapists
  • Must be able to handle guest complaints and work toward a satisfactory resolution
  • Must understand the basic principles of auditing, balancing, and closing out accounts.
  • Must be able to respond to individual guest needs and adhere to The NOW Massage standards as written in the employee handbook.
  • Must have excellent communication skills.
  • Must be computer literate and have the ability to learn various software programs/applications.
  • Must know how to operate printers and various other office equipment.
  • Must be able to prioritize tasks and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be customer service focused
Daily Functions:
  • Project a positive image within the boutique, maintaining an atmosphere of cooperative teamwork that emphasizes guest service and satisfaction.
  • Lead by example in promoting services, enhancements, membership, and retail, as well as special events, promotions, and/or discounts available.
  • Establish and maintain open, collaborative relationships with employees and ensure employees do the same within the team.
  • Respond to customer inquiries or complaints with urgency in a timely manner.
  • Assist General Manager as needed.
  • Ensure the facility is always clean and presentable to standards.
  • Be accountable for transactional corrections and follow-up.
  • Assist with group bookings and communicate directly with group inquiries.
  • Create documents, reports, spreadsheets, and protocols as directed.
  • Participate in retail and back-of-house inventory counts
  • Assist in forecasting staff needs, related to seasons and staff retention.
  • Participate in boutique supplies, retail, linen, and equipment inventory quarterly to ensure the facility is well prepared and replacement purchases are planned bi-annually.
  • Share suggestions, voice challenges, or any specific concerns to the Leadership Team. .
  • Collaborate with the Leadership Team during regular meetings regarding any improvements.
  • Support in daily operations as a Manager on Duty
