Purpose of Position:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for recruitment efforts for various open positions. The ideal candidate will have experience in working in a fast paced environment, recruiting, reviewing and presenting qualified candidates to Hiring Managers, scheduling interviews, etc. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a culture of Candidate and Stakeholder experience. Their main focus is service delivery management. This position will handle various aspects of our Talent Acquisition life cycle process.
Accountabilities:
Daily duties include posting job advertisements on various Recruitment websites.
Recruiting & sourcing for qualified candidates.
Scheduling interviews with candidates and Hiring Managers.
Prescreening candidates and conducting prescreening notes.
Sending follow up notices/ rejections notices to candidates.
Support pre-employment and onboarding requirements.
Conducting New Hire Orientations for new joiners.
Other duties as assigned & MISC projects.
Minimum Skills Required:
1-3 years experience in recruiting for various positions.
Prior experience in talent acquisition or human resources or handling confidential information.
Excellent computer literacy skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools.
Knowledge of job posting sites and professional social media platforms such as LinkedIn.
Excellent time management skills.
Team Player

Bilingual- English and Spanish
