Quantum Live was created with the intention of coaching and developing individuals to become more self aware and enrich their lives with a focus on improving wealth, health, and relationships. Sabastian Enges hosts biweekly group coaching, 1 on 1 monthly coaching, and quarterly live events for those enrolled in his Quantum Academy.

Role Description

This is a temp-to-hire role for a Project Manager (Live Events & Coaching) at Quantum Live. We are looking for an individual to spearhead our upcoming event at the end of July, however the right fit could evolve into a permanent placement on the team. The position would include mostly remote work but some travel will be required to the headquarters located in Orange, CA. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing live events and coaching programs. Your day-to-day tasks may include coordinating event logistics, managing timelines and budgets, client acquisition, maintaining client relationships, overseeing and communicating across departments, and ensuring the successful execution of events and coaching sessions.

  • Previous experience in project management, preferably in the live events or coaching industry
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in project management tools and software
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Attention to detail and ability to problem-solve
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of live coaching events, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery of high-quality experiences.
  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire new coaching clients, both for 1 on 1 and group coaching sessions, leveraging various marketing channels and initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments including speakers/coaches, marketing, sales, and finance to align efforts and achieve project objectives.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources, proactively identifying and addressing any issues or risks to ensure project success.
  • Analyze event performance metrics and client feedback to continuously improve processes and enhance the overall coaching experience.
  • Act as the Communication Liaison, making welcome calls to all attendees and handling all support questions to ensure everyone feels special and well-informed about the event.
  • Oversee Event Planning/Marketing by developing the event agenda and securing relevant speakers. Negotiate with vendors such as hotels, print shops, external brand graphic designers, and videographers to minimize costs while ensuring an amazing setup and look of the conference and a great conference experience.
  • Serve as the Project Management focal point, ensuring proper communication with all teams for cohesive execution of all tasks related to the event, aiming to make a great impression on everyone on the team.
