Description:

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive migration plan outlining tasks, timelines and milestones for migrating the existing AWS environment to the target environment. Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.

Facilitate communication and collaboration to ensure alignment on migration goals, tasks and timing.

Identify potential risks and challenges associated with the migration process. Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address issues and minimize disruptions.

Drive migration progress across teams, according to the established plan and schedule. Monitor progress and identify any plan deviations, blockers, challenges or bottlenecks, taking corrective action as needed.

Communicate migration progress, status updates and key milestones to stakeholders.

Maintain accurate documentation of migration processes including configuration settings, decisions, dependencies and post-migration procedures. Prepare regular reports and documentation for management and audit purposes.


Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.

Proven experience in project management, preferably in a technical environment.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management frameworks.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.

Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.

Primary Skills:
