Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or higher in hospitality, hotel management, business administration, finance, or a related field, or combination of comparable education and experience.
Minimum of 5 years experience in progressive hospitality roles. Food and beverage experience preferred.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team, and a demonstrated ability to work independently or part of a team.
Proficient with hotel operating systems and Microsoft 365.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, sit or stand for 8 hours, climb stairs, push, pull, bend, stoop, and reach upward.
Offers of employment contingent of passing a background check.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Support and oversee leadership for various departments, including Front Desk, Facilities, Housekeeping, Accounting, and Restaurant. Organize and facilitate monthly team meetings.
Serve as liaison between the Board of Directors and the management team. Provide quarterly reports and regular updates to the Board.
