Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair scheduled projects as defined by OEM standards and RSC technical practices.
  • Lead the technician team, creating a positive and performance-focused culture.
  • Execute repairs, services, and priorities in partnership with the RSC Service Manager.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of parts and accessories used on each repair order.
  • Complete 6.5 hours of chargeable customer repairs and repair orders daily.
  • Follow RSC service protocols, including offloading, customer-hand offs, and unit positioning.
  • Communicate with the Service Manager regarding job status.
  • Engage in shop safety protocols and attend daily pre-meetings.
  • Complete training requirements for each brand as directed by ownership.
  • Exhibit a safety culture by adhering to and supporting all safety initiatives, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure effective communication with the Service Manager.
  • Maintain a clean and safe shop area.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with diagnosis, equipment electronics, hydraulics, mechanical capabilities, and equipment operation.
  • Flexibility in scheduling and priority.
  • Effective written communication for repairs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a collaborative results-oriented team environment.
