our people and promote from within. Reporting to the Assistant Controller, the Staff Accountant will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day activities of the Accounting department, including providing support for the Accounts Receivable functions for one of Renovo’s subsidiaries.

This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, has a positive attitude, enjoy problem solving, and able to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Responsibilities Support the Accounting Department with maintenance of General Ledger accounts, including the preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, financial analysis, etc. Responsible for participating in the monthly financial close process and supporting the Controller and Assistant Controller with the financial statement preparation Responsible for supporting the Accounts Receivable process, including invoice analysis and customer outreach Ensure intercompany activity is properly reconciled on a monthly basis Identify areas for improvement and implement best practices to drive accuracy and efficiency Generate and create various accounting reports and supporting details for other departments Support the annual financial statement audit process Other ad hoc responsibilities as assigned Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year university (Accounting or Finance preferred) Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting requirements Minimum 2-3 year of general ledger experience Experience with private equity held companies preferred; experience in a healthcare or healthcare services company a plus Experience working with mid-size to large ERPs (Sage Intacct preferred, not required) Must be proficient with MS Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, SUMIF, etc.) Solutions-oriented thinker, resourceful, able to work independently
