Job Posting: Front Desk Administrator Opportunity at Ensemble Schools

Ensemble Schools is looking for an experienced Front Desk Administrator to help administer at D'Valda and Sirico Dance and Music Centre. Our growing studio in Fairfield, CT focuses on providing quality instruction in a safe environment. We're seeking instructors who can deliver engaging, in-person lessons and contribute to the vibrant dance community. Our positive classrooms are staffed by amazing teachers who go beyond teaching dance technique to developing important life skills in students because D'Valda and Sirico Dance and Music Centre is about More Than Just Great Dancing®

While this position is for a front desk administrator, a dance background and the ability to substitute teach dance classes is a major plus We are looking for someone who can offer two mornings and three afternoons a week for a total of 30 hours per week. The exact availability will be open for discussion.

Responsibilities:
  • Process student enrollments, scheduling, and maintaining accounts.
  • Actualize long and short term projects within the studio.
  • Work directly with the Directors, dance faculty, parents and students.
  • Provide reliable transportation and pass a routine background check.
  • Exhibit traits of dependability, professionalism, enthusiasm, punctuality, and friendliness.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Office management experience.
  • Administrative skills (organization, communication, and professionalism).

About D'Valda and Sirico Dance and Music Centre

Established in 1987, D'Valda and Sirico Dance and Music Centre continues to provide it's students with the finest performing arts training. Our programs are designed to meet the skill level and goals of all children, teens and adults from the aspiring beginner through experienced professional. Whether the goal is to perform professionally or take lessons just for recreation, We have a program to meet your needs. Classes are taught by experienced instructors active in the professional arts world as performers, choreographers, musicians and teachers. Participation at the Dance and Music Centre goes far beyond just mastering steps, learning notes and winning awards. It encompasses much more, such as building self esteem, encouraging team work, developing self discipline, musicality, self expression and an appreciation of the arts. Our goal is to help all of our students reach their greatest potential with the confidence to reach for the stars in whatever career they may choose.
