Step into Your New Role

Kleinfelder is seeking a motivated Recruitment Scheduling Intern interested in engaging with a wide variety of infrastructure services such as environmental, geotechnical, design, construction, construction materials engineering and testing, and project management across a variety of markets including energy, transportation, and water and working with both public and private clients.

Responsibilities

  • This role will work alongside Recruiters and team members from various business departments and divisions and will report directly to our Recruitment Manager
  • With accuracy, speed, and professionalism, the Scheduling Intern performs time-sensitive activities necessary to schedule interviews in coordination with employee schedules
  • Accurately maintaining schedules for requested candidates and monitoring scheduled interviews
  • Notify teams of all schedule changes
  • Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the job
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives as directed

Qualifications

  • High School diploma required
  • Enrollment in university courses required
  • Strong in-person, phone, and interpersonal communication skills, including customer service and professional/executive communication, is required
  • Must have a positive, professional attitude toward all clients and employees
  • Strong documentation, problem-solving and coordination skills required
  • Ability to interpret data and formulate plans
  • Proven ability to manage work to meet daily, weekly and monthly deadlines
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment requiring agility and flexibility in how work is approached, solved, and covered for teammates when necessary
  • Demonstrates ability to manage several functions simultaneously
  • Effective written/oral communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment

This is a full-time position with a duration of 2 months.

Internship Expectations

  • 2 months
  • Starting ASAP
  • $16/hour
