Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Residential Electrical Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in the electrical field and will be responsible for overseeing residential electrical projects, ensuring high-quality work and customer satisfaction. This role involves managing an electrical helper and working on new construction of townhomes for S&A Homes, our sister company.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of one electrical helper on residential projects.
  • Plan and execute electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance for residential properties.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
  • Ensure projects comply with electrical codes and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with HVAC and plumbing teams to complete projects efficiently.
  • Inspect and ensure the quality of electrical work performed.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues.
  • Maintain project schedules and communicate progress to project managers.
  • Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.

  • Must hold a driver's license for the past 3 years with less than 3 violations in the last 3 years

  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, materials, tools, and methods.
  • Basic leadership and team management skills.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Environment: You will be working on new residential townhome builds in the State College/Altoona area.
