Responsibilities

All day-to-day accounting needs and the active development projects Entity level monthly consolidated reporting and subsidiaries including accounts payable approval, cash management, cash forecasting and financial reporting Preparation of cost basis allocation and corresponding journal entries for property sales Final project profitability analysis

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance 3-5 Years of Development Accounting experience CPA or public accounting experience preferred Advance knowledge of Yardi Voyager and Sage 300
