Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
  • Need to have Leading a team experience.
  • Remove paper clips, staples, unfolding pages, and other possible scanning impediments from incoming documents
  • Operate file drop application to electronically prep incoming documents Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all documents
  • Prioritize the prepping process of all invoices during period close and year end to assure all invoices are imaged within the deadline dates
  • Track contents of package being received or shipped, and allocate package to corresponding bins.
  • Operate the rescan station to work on image quality including contrast, double feeds, covered information, etc.
  • Track and report document discrepancies to Team Lead Coordinators Complete productivity report accurately Other administrative and administrative support duties as assigned.


Education / Experience Requirements :
High School Diploma or equivalent Some business office experience preferred (0-1 year),
Ability to type 30WPM
Familiarity with MS Excel, Outlook, and Word Physical Requirements:

This position is considered medium work.
It will involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday Will be required to work 40 hours a week.
