DUTIES:

Enquero, Inc. - A Genpact Company in Wilkes-Barre, PA is seeking experienced Senior Consultant 1 to research, design, and develop computer and network software or specialized utility programs. Job responsibilities and duties include: Utilize technical experience with financial systems to provide end-to-end business solutions. Oversee projects performing data extractions and loading processes to develop financial planning and forecasting models. Communicate and document system changes to executive level business owners. Evaluate technical design and system configurations to ensure all technical requirements are met. Interface with business users to provide product development and planning support. Identify, evaluate, and develop cost effective systems and procedures to meet user requirements. Analyze complex business issues to develop automated systems for business solutions. Advise team members and other staff on business requirements to ensure standards, processes and policies are followed. Note: This position does not involve management authority (i.e., no discretion or authority to hire, terminate, promote, discipline or make compensation or budget decisions.) MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems or any related engineering or IT field of study, plus at least five (5) years of post-degree progressively responsible experience in the job offered or any related position(s). Qualified applicants must also have demonstrable proficiency, skill, experience and knowledge with the following: 1. Two or more of the following: Order Management, Pricing, Financial Accounting. 2. Two or more of the following: UNIX, SQL, ORACLE 11G, PERL. 3. Two or more of the following: Mercury Quality Center, Business Objects, Toad, Kintana 6.0, Version Control. 4. Two or more of the following: JAVA, MVC Architecture, JSP, HTML, SYBASE. 5. Demonstrated proficiency in Sox Audits for multiple financial business applications. No travel. No telecommuting.
