Job Title: Recruitment Administrator

Company Overview: We are a reputable company in the Recruitment Industry, dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. We are currently seeking an organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Recruitment Administrator. This role will involve managing follow-ups with leads, clients, and candidates, conducting research for lead generation, and ensuring effective communication between the team and clients.

Responsibilities:
Client Engagement and Follow-ups:
Manage and send follow-up communications to new leads, clients, and candidates.
Utilize the Bullhorn system to set tasks and reminders for team members to ensure timely follow-ups.
Assist in sending emails on behalf of team members when needed.
Lead Generation:
Monitor and respond to new leads generated from LinkedIn job alerts.
Conduct research to identify appropriate contacts for each job opening.
Add new leads to the Bullhorn system and ensure accurate data entry.
Craft and send pitches to potential clients on behalf of team members.
Lead Management:
Pull contact information from Indeed and maintain an organized list.
Update and consolidate data in the Bullhorn system for accuracy and easy access.
Business To-Do List:
Assist in managing and executing tasks from the Business To-Do list.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Call Preparations:
Assist in preparing for client, candidate, and intake calls.
Gather the necessary materials and information for each call.
Coordinate scheduling and ensure all parties are properly informed.
Communication and Research:
Communicate directly with clients and candidates to schedule calls and address questions.
Conduct research to identify new leads as requested.
Utilize LinkedIn to respond to messages, gather contact information, and add data to appropriate lists.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a coordination or administrative role is preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with CRM software, preferably Bullhorn or similar platforms.
Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other research tools.
Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proactive approach to problem-solving and task completion.
Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.

Note: The responsibilities listed above encompass both client engagement and lead generation aspects of the role, providing support to the team and ensuring effective communication with clients and candidates.
