Lead cross functional teams in the execution and reporting of quality improvement projects with the focus of overall process improvements, scrap reduction and incoming supplier quality.
Execute LEAN manufacturing techniques and design.
Root cause analysis 8D problem solving experience.
Lead value stream mapping exercises to determine and record business improvement.
Track and execute cost reduction for process improvements.
Lead quality related activities and ensure QMS compliance.
Develop and sustain employees training and development on lean concepts.
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or industrial engineering or equivalent
Minimum of 4+ years with proven experience utilizing Six Sigma/or Lean Manufacturing initiatives in a production environment.
Work experience with implementation of adaptable robotics/automation preferred.
At least 4+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
Lean six sigma green belt certification.
