Insight Global is seeking a Procurement Coordinator to support one of the nation's top residential home builders. The ideal candidate will have a background in procurement, data entry, and accounting and experience working for another home builder. This candidate should also have strong experience working with data, Excel (Pivot tables, vlookups, etc.), PowerBI, and other procurement software. The day to day responsibilities include: - Set up new communities, plans, and vendors in the purchasing system. - Input and review plan budget information, generating and distributing Schedule A contracts. - Maintain plan budgets and update affected lots through the contract change process. - Administer and maintain color setups for new and existing communities. - Track trade partner insurance compliance and manage rebate tracking systems. - Utilize enterprise purchasing and accounting systems to input data and generate reports. - Support vendor payment inquiries and perform related administrative duties.
