Essential Functions and Responsibilities of the Entry Level Lead Generation Specialist: Generate leads by focusing on the benefits and value for the customer Communicate the myriad of options and features of home renovations and home improvement products and services Provide customer-first service in every interaction while remaining sincere and genuine Be the example of a professional by maintaining a professional image and positive attitude Efficiently communicate leads with the Sales team, by maintaining a high level of focus, competitiveness, and staying organized Strictly adhere to all company policies, procedures, and practices Track and measure key performance indicators in order to deliver valuable information back to the lead generation team as well as our clients Identify ways to improve outreach and lead generation efforts and identify areas for improvement Entry Level Lead Generation Specialist Requirements: A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or business-related field is preferred At least 1-2 years of Customer service, brand ambassador work, or sales experience - Direct sales experience is a bonus Strong passion for working with people and a desire to give back and make a difference in the surrounding communities Desire to gain hands-on sales experience including territory management, lead generation, and relationship development Unmatched communication and presentation skills Natural leadership skills and a desire to build upon those skills Why Our Team?
