Position Summary The Marketing Coordinator, IV Solutions will learn, develop, and grow their IV Solutions portfolio subject matter expertise. This individual will provide marketing support across all of the IV Solutions product portfolio. In coordination with the Product Manager and Director of Marketing, this candidate will provide ongoing commercial cross-referencing ownership and execution in coordination with Product Manager and Contract Marketing. This individual will assist and support the Product Manager with the development and execution of impactful customer-facing product marketing efforts to help increase portfolio awareness and conversion. Activities for this position will include, but are not limited to, ongoing support activities for the entire IV Solutions portfolio in relation to annual cross-referencing and formulary file updates, customer-centric IV solution executive summaries, portfolio pricing support and quotations, marketing messaging and campaign creative development and execution, collateral and training education support, and competitor monitoring and report out. This individual must be a motivated self-starter, deadline-oriented, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and navigate cross-functional teams to achieve ICU Medical's marketing and sales objectives. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Willingness to learn, develop, and grow IV Solutions portfolio subject matter expertise Provide ongoing commercial cross-referencing ownership and support with RFI/RFP execution Partner with Contract Marketing and Product Manager to align on pricing, business strategies, and goals Assist and support Product Manager on marketing campaigns and trends to help drive awareness and customer conversions Support day-to-day product and marketing business activities and undertake special project ownership as they arise Knowledge & Skills Ability to understand business strategies/goals and willingness to learn and develop subject matter expertise Ability to draw inferences and use deductive reasoning to resolve problems Ability to inspire and influence others to deliver results Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with people at all levels within and outside of the company Must be extremely well-organized, capable of handling multiple details and tactical work simultaneously Self-starter who takes initiative and ownership Minimum Qualifications, Education & Experience Must be at least 18 years of age High School Diploma required BS/BA with a marketing emphasis or related field from an accredited college or university is preferred 0-1+ years in product marketing with understanding of current marketing and communication trends 0-1+ years in product management including understanding supply chain and logistics related to product management Previous IV Solutions or some healthcare experience preferred Work Environment This is largely a sedentary role. This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.
