Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Project Manager located in the Charleston, South Carolina Metropolitan Area. The Sr. Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management, including planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to deadlines and budgets. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with clients, contractors, and architects, managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Project Management skills, including planning, execution, and project finalization
  • Strong project accounting skills
  • Schedule creation and maintenance a plus.
  • Proficiency in Inspection and Expeditor roles
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Experience in multi-family and commercial construction.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, or equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to lead a PM team and oversee multiple projects.
  • Strong negotiation and customer relation skills.
