In unserer großen Personalabteilung "HR Tires" für den Standort in Hannover-Stöcken bieten wir zum sofortigen Starttermin die spannende Möglichkeit, im Rahmen eines (Pflicht-)Praktikums die Arbeit unserer HR-Abteilung intensiv kennenzulernen. Dabei begleitest Du unser operatives/strategisches Tagesgeschäft und hilfst bei der Bearbeitung von Projekten. Für einen optimalen Lernerfolg umfasst das Praktikum idealerweise einen Zeitraum von 4 bis 6 Monaten, wobei auch eine Kombination aus freiwilligem und Pflichtpraktikum möglich ist.

Die Hauptaufgabe dieser Stelle besteht vorrangig in der Begleitung des Alltagsgeschäfts unserer HR Business Partner.

Dabei stehen v.a. folgende Tätigkeiten im Fokus: Kennenlernen von und Mitarbeit bei alltäglichen Personalprozessen und Anwendungen (z.B. Betriebsratsanhörungen, Einstellungen, Entgeltveränderung, BEM) sowie Unterstützung in der Personaladministration unter Verwendung verschiedener Systeme wie z.B. SAP Begleitung aktueller HR-Projekte und Mitarbeit an individuellen Sonderthemen. Dazu zählen u.a. die eigenständige Recherche zu bestimmten Themenfeldern, eine übersichtliche Präsentation der Ergebnisse sowie ein proaktives Einbringen von Verbesserungsideen Unterstützung als Ansprechpartner (m/w/divers) und fungieren als Schnittstelle in der Kommunikation zwischen Führungskräften, Mitarbeitenden und ihren HR Business Partnern (z.B. Terminkoordination, Rücksprachen, Dokumentation) Mitarbeit im lokalen Recruiting z.B. durch Erstellung von Stellenausschreibungen, qualifizierte Bewerberauswahl, Organisation von und Teilnahme an Bewerbungsgesprächen und Auswahlprozessen Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung und Übernahme verschiedenster Aufgaben rund um das Thema Leiharbeit Studierende der Studienrichtungen Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Sozialwissenschaften, Wirtschaftspsychologie oder vergleichbar Idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt/Vertiefung in Personalmanagement Erste praktische Erfahrungen im HR-Umfeld wünschenswert Sicherer Umgang mit den MS Office-Programmen Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit Bitte denken Sie daran, Ihre aktuelle Immatrikulationsbescheinigung ebenso wie Ihren aktuellen Notenspiegel und einen Auszug aus der aktuellen Studienordnung hinsichtlich Ableistung eines Pflichtpraktikums hochzuladen, da diese für die Bearbeitung Ihrer Bewerbung zwingend erforderlich sind.
