What You Bring to the Table BS degree (preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering) 2-4 years of quality engineering experience in a manufacturing or aerospace environment Solid proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Windows Strong problem?solving, critical thinking, and communication skills Ability to work independently and prioritize in a fast?paced environment Bonus Points For Familiarity with AMS specifications and welding processes Internal auditing experience IPC?A?610/620 certification Prior experience working with DoD electromechanical products Strong knowledge of GD&T per ASME Y14.5 Experience in ISO9001 or AS9100 environments What You'll Be Doing As a key member of our quality team, you'll ensure our products meet rigorous industry standards and customer expectations. In this role, you will: Perform incoming, in?process, and final inspections of electromechanical components, textiles, and composites in an AS9100?certified environment. Verify conformance to drawings, specifications, and test requirements. Support First Article Inspections in compliance with AS9102. Collaborate with cross?functional teams on Material Review Boards (MRB) and drive root?cause and corrective action (RCCA) processes. Coordinate with suppliers to resolve non?conformances and corrective actions. Maintain inspection data and supplier documentation for customer distribution. Participate in internal audits, support the Quality Management System (QMS), and contribute to CMMI and AS9100 initiatives. Assist with procedure and work instruction development. Support source inspections (minimal travel
