UMMARY As an Application Support Specialist, you will work closely with PDS customers and staff to provide support on a variety of topics including the analyzing customer issues, working with PDS technical staff, participating in developing and delivering departmental training curriculum, and participating in product review meetings. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES •

Provide outstanding quality customer support with a high degree of customer satisfaction, technical expertise, thorough and timely response to customers. •

Perform excellent analysis, problem determination and troubleshooting skills with the ability to know when to escalate an issue. •

Call ownership from initial customer contact to call resolution which includes supporting escalations if appropriate and providing customer updates. •

Consistently model the highest levels of support orientation and professionalism. •

Acquire, maintain and expand knowledge of relevant product offerings, current support policies, and methods of support delivery, in order to provide accurate solutions to end users. •

Follow-up with customers on all open issues to ensure customer satisfaction. QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS •

4-year college degree or equivalent experience. ·

1-3 years’ experience in Human Resources, Payroll, or Benefits Compensation. ·

Experience with Microsoft SQL Server a plus. PREFERRED SKILLS ·

Excellent analytical, problem solving and multi-tasking skills ·

Experience in handling difficult or sensitive situations. ·

Ability to work in a fast- paced environment, handling multiple requests at once ·

Exceptional customer service skills. ·

Self-starter, motivated and strong team player. (T
