As the **Customer Service Representative I** at EACY, you are responsible for duties related to greeting clients in person and by phone, enrollment, accepting payments, and general inquiries from customers and potential customers. The Customer Service Representative I has first contact with our customers and plays a key role in the Y's mission by helping parents enroll their children in affordable, quality childcare.

**Pay Rate:** $15.00 per hour

**Availability:** Monday through Friday 12:00p.m. - 5:00p.m.

* You open the safe in the morning and close the register in the evenings.

* You answer and transfer calls on a multi-line telephone system.

**What you bring to the Purpose:**

* **Education and Experience:** You are a minimum of 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED. You Have at least one year of customer service experience. You are knowledgeable with Microsoft Excel and Word programs. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
