As anElectrical Project Engineer at Civiltec Engineering, youwill be involved in assignments including electrical, instrumentation and controls design associated with water and wastewater facilities. This position can work out of our Phoenix or Peoria, AZ office.Some major responsibilities youre in charge of:Prepares detailed construction drawings including power distribution single line diagrams, control schematics, power grounding & lighting plans, and P&IDs using AutoCADDevelops engineering calculations, specifications, and cost estimatesIdentifies applicable codes, standards, and other design requirementsCoordinates with project staff, utility providers, and other disciplines such as civil, structural, drainage, and surveyConducts quality management reviews of electrical designMentors junior engineers and designersRequirementsBachelor of Science Degree in Electrical EngineeringAt least 4+ Years of increasing responsibility in electrical engineeringRegistered Professional Electrical EngineerExperience in the design of power and control systems for water/wastewater facilitiesProficiency in the development of short circuit, coordination, and arc flash studies using Easypower or ETAP power analysis softwareExperience performing lighting calculations using AGi32 or similar softwareProficiency in the application of the following standards: National Electrical Code, NFPA 70E, NFPA 820, UL508AStrong oral and written communication skillsProficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Word and Excel#J-18808-Ljbffr
