If you boast a minimum of three years of customer service experience and excel in interpersonal relations, organization, communication, computer proficiency, and problem-solving, then you're the perfect fit for us

Compensation: $20 per hour

Hours: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday (Opportunity for overtime, including occasional weekends and holidays)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a high level of customer service to both internal and external clients.
  • Act as a liaison with external customers.
  • Interact with valued clients to accurately and efficiently schedule service calls.
  • Utilize various office equipment including computers and telephones.
  • Occasionally lift items weighing up to 75 pounds.
