The Supervisor, Credentialing provides oversight for the Credentialing team, covering all business needs for Strategic Solutions clients. They will assist the team with day-to-day functions, questions, and problem solving, and are responsible for coordination of workflow and review of tasks. They are responsible for staff development and overall success of the team. The Supervisor will also provide credentialing services for clients, and support the Director of Administrative Services in reviewing reports, following up with staff, and addressing issues as they arise.

  • Minimum two (2) years of credentialing experience required; multi-specialty experience preferred.
  • Minimum one (1) year supervisory, team lead or other senior level experience preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of medical office terminology and procedures, including billing and collections required.
  • Experience with OneApp and/or Medent preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook and is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, train or supervise staff.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with multiple partners to positively affect outcomes at the team, organization, and client/patient level.
  • Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, including the ability to coordinate workflow.
  • Demonstrated ability to pro-actively identify problems, as well as recommend and/or implement effective solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and develop relationships both internally and externally.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with and maintain confidential information.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a changing and fast-paced environment.

Education:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Associate's degree preferred.
