Thisspecialist will be responsible for providing proposal support,supporting events and sponsorships, updating marketing materials,assembling awards submissions, maintaining databases and mailing lists,and other activities. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS These essential functions areprimary job duties that incumbents must be able to perform unassisted orwith some reasonable accommodation. Provide dedicated proposal supportand help develop practice-focused marketing materials. Work with theProposal Team on larger proposals and RFPs. Update marketing materialsand maintain experience entries and lists within the Foundation.Coordinate responses to practice rankings and submissions. Plan,organize, and coordinate practice marketing events. Be responsible forimplementing and tracking event logistics, budget, invitation lists,invitation language, and RSVPs. When applicable, work in collaborationwith members of the Events Team to execute events effectively. Trackmarketing opportunities, sponsorships, and practice clients/prospects inSalesforce. Collaborate with the broader Marketing Team to executeidentified initiatives. Handling day-to-day requests and supportinggeneral ongoing efforts of the practices. Perform other duties, asassigned. This position may occasionally require travel. SPECIFIC SKILLSREQUIRED Must be detail-oriented with excellent customer service skillsand ability to prioritize tasks. Strong project management skills toefficiently coordinate multiple projects and meet the needs of keystakeholders.
