Understand end-user requirements to develop a Recruitment project. Provide pre-implementation engineering approach & detailed planning for requirements. Develop recommendation model, search for candidates based on user's information. Collaborate with different functional teams to implement models into production systems and monitor results. Design, develop, and test large-scale data science pipelines and machine learning algorithms. Research and investigate academic and industrial data mining, machine learning, and modeling techniques for product improvement. YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

Required Skills Have good knowledge in at least one of the following areas: Image Processing, Computer Vision, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Reinforcement learning, Deep Learning Architectures (AutoEncoder, CNN, RNN, BERT, etc. ) Has expertise in training NLP models. Proficient in high-level programming languages, especially Python. Familiar with Linux/Unix/Shell, Docker. Familiar with cloud platforms like AWS/Azure. Proficient in API, REST API. Required Soft Skills Good interpersonal, self-organizing, problem solving, reasoning and analytical skills. Passionate about quality, work productivity and product maintainability. Communicate your ideas and knowledge well to your teammates. Demonstrate team spirit and communication skills. Is An Advantage If Any Experience working on chatbot platforms such as Alexa, Watson, Luis, Rasa. Experience working with unstructured data related to text, speech, and image analysis. Knowledge of modern NLP models. Academic and Experience Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Software Engineering, Applied Mathematics or related field; Have at least one year of Experience or equivalent in developing NLP or other AI solutions.
