We are now hiring for our Call Center and would love for you to join our team We are looking for someone who can be flexible with their hours as our call center is open 24/7.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Talk to our customers about billing, products, and technical matters.
  • Process billing payments, provide information and answer questions on billing cycles, payment due dates and the impact of non-pay status.
  • Support cable product, including analog and digital video equipment (VOD, interactive guide, remote controls, parental controls); poor video quality; and unavailable channels the customer expects to receive.
  • Support the internet product by troubleshooting internet connectivity issues; setting up e-mail accounts in outlook/outlook express; and supporting Windows and MAC operating systems.
  • Support the phone product by educating the customer on the use of the service; setting up features, troubleshooting dial tone situations and poor sound quality.
  • Troubleshoot cable issues, including analog and digital video equipment (TiVo, VOD, interactive guide, remote controls, parental controls); poor video quality; and unavailable channels the customer expects to receive.
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts to help grow the business.

Hours available for position:

  • 10am-7pm
  • 11am-8pm
  • 12pm-9pm
  • 1pm-10pm
  • Must be able to work Saturdays or Sundays

Skills & Abilities:

  • Ability to multi-task on a computer using multiple computer applications while on a phone call.
  • Ability to talk with customers, listen attentively to concerns, express empathy and research problems for resolution.
  • Strong attention to details.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Being bilingual is a plus working at Vexus Fiber

Educational Requirements:

  • High school graduate or equivalent

Employment Requirements:

  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
