Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
  • Ensure consistent quality of drinks by following established recipes and presentation techniques
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including glassware, equipment, and supplies
  • Manage inventory and restock bar supplies as needed
  • Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and anticipating their needs
  • Verify the age of customers to ensure legal compliance with alcohol service regulations
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the establishment
  • Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system accurately

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a bartender in a high volume setting
  • Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills

  • Must be available to work during lunch and dinner shifts
  • TIPS or equivalent alcohol service certification is a plus
