Were seeking a Product Manager, Analytics and Software who will bridge product strategy and hands?on development shaping our software and data platforms from concept through commercialization. Location would ideally be in one of our three North American offices in San Jose, CA, Maple Grove, MN, or Burlington, ON, but remote will be considered for this role for the right candidate. Our design staff includes electrical, software, mechanical engineers, and project managers. Our systems are supported by staff throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, Europe, Malaysia, and China. Position Summary Reporting to the director of the Technology and Solutions Group, the ideal candidate will be a technical software product leader who can: Design the roadmap and architecture for our analytics and cloud strategy Define product requirements and direction for our Test Partner product, including the integration of cybersecurity solutions for Industry 4.0 applications Wireframe, prototype, and iterate on customer?facing UIs Deliver a cohesive product vision that integrates software, data, and AI into our test and measurement ecosystem While this is a product management and planning role, the ability to write production?quality code in modern backend and frontend stacks is desirable. Youll own the full lifecycle: market analysis, design, development oversight, testing, deployment, and commercial launch. Key Responsibilities Product Ownership: Define and execute the product roadmap for Circuit Checks analytics, data, and software solutions including integration of third party analytics tools provided by Circuit Check partners Architecture & Development: Plan and build our cloud and data storage infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability UI/UX & Prototyping: Develop wireframes and user interface plans that deliver intuitive, high?value customer experiences Collaboration: Work cross?functionally with mechanical, electrical, and software engineers to align platform development with strategic objectives AI Integration: Explore, evaluate, and integrate AI and LLM technologies (e.g., Ollama, Model Context Protocol) into our product ecosystem Deployment: Lead containerized development and deployment using Docker, ensuring reliable version control and CI/CD practices Integration of Partner Technologies including test data analytics and cybersecurity toolsets Commercialization: Translate technical capabilities into customer value propositions and marketable software offerings. Required Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Strong proficiency in Python for backend development. Working knowledge of GoLang (Go) and microservices architecture Hands?on experience with Docker and containerized development/deployment Git version control and branching strategy expertise Frontend experience with React and modern architecture patterns Familiarity with HTTP/REST and MQTT communication protocols Experience with Ollama or similar local LLM deployment frameworks Understanding of Model Context Protocol (MCP) or comparable AI integration standards Demonstrated ability to move from concept to code to customer?ready product. Preferred Attributes Experience designing analytics or monitoring platforms for hardware or industrial systems Background in SaaS, IoT, or test?engineering environments Strong systems thinking and ability to bridge business needs with technical design Clear communicator who thrives in a cross?functional engineering culture. For this role, our current base pay range is $120,000 - $200,000. Listed range represents the full earning potential in this position. Starting salaries for well?qualified new hires are typically around the midpoint of the range. This range was determined by a market?based compensation approach; we used data from trusted third?party compensation sources to set equitable, consistent, and competitive ranges. We also evaluate compensation annually, identify any changes in the market and make adjustments to our ranges and existing employee compensation as needed. Base pay is only one element of an employees total compensation at Circuit Check. Employees (and their dependents in most plans) are covered by medical, dental, vision, basic life, short? and long?term disability and accidental death and dismemberment insurance. Employees are able to enroll in Circuit Checks 401k plan, in which the Company will match 50% of your contributions up to 6% with a maximum contribution.
