Who we're looking for:

We are looking for a motivated, results-driven and tech-savvy sales professional who will thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive, you will have the ability to quickly learn Starry's products and differentiators, hunt new business opportunities, and strategically close deals in the enterprise space.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and business objectives
  • Manage full sales cycle: prospecting, lead qualification, solution presentation, deal negotiation, and close
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key decision makers to drive sales
  • Demonstrate deep technical knowledge of Starry's products and services and effectively communicate our value proposition to prospective customers
  • Achieve goals related to revenue generation and sales quota attainment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Marketing and Technical Operations
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of relevant sales/closing experience selling to enterprise accounts with a track record of meeting and exceeding revenue goals
  • Proven ability to manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Adept at selling to various levels within the IT organization
  • Tech-savvy with a keen understanding of the industry's latest trends and technologies
  • Highly impactful interpersonal, verbal and written communication abilities, capable of engaging, influencing and negotiating at a senior and executive level
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented

Salary range of $100,000 to $140,000 plus uncapped commission. Final salary will be based on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and training.
