Job Summary and Qualifications

Seeking a Dietician to our practice who provides leadership expertise to ensure all patients receive high quality, efficient care. We are an amazing team that works hard to support each other and are seeking a phenomenal addition like you who feels patient care is as meaningful as we do. We want you to apply now.

What you will do in this role:

Develops and implements plans of care based on assessment of nutritional needs and available sources and correlates plan with other health care.

Evaluates nutritional care and provides follow-up continuity of care.

Instructs individuals and families in nutritional principles, diet, food selection, and economics while adapting teaching plans to individual lifestyle.

Provides consultation to and works with community groups.

Conducts or participates in in-service education and consultation with professional staff and supporting personnel of own and related organizations.

What Qualifications you will need:

Must read and understand and adhere to all Physician Services policies and procedures

Practice and adhere to the Code of Conduct philosophy and Mission and Value Statement

No Education Requirements EXPERIENCE:

One to two years related experience or training. Age specific experience and/or special training and/or expertise is preferred but not required.

CERTIFICATION/LICENSE: Registered must be ADA

License in accordance with state regulations
