Here are the key responsibilities of this position: * Recruitment Support, as needed to back-up the Talent Acquisition team: * Assist in the coordination of recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. * Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience. * Onboarding and Orientation: * Facilitate new hire onboarding activities, including preparing orientation materials and conducting orientation sessions. * Ensure new employees have the necessary tools and information to integrate seamlessly into the company. * HR Administration: * Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system. * Assist with the administration of HR policies and procedures. * Employee Relations: * Respond to employee inquiries and provide basic information on HR policies and procedures. * Support the resolution of minor employee relations issues under the guidance of HR leadership. * Benefits Administration: * Assist with benefits enrollment processes and address basic benefits-related inquiries from employees.
