HR Specialist

A successful team member displays strong communication skills when communicating with employees by actively listening, seeking to understand issues, working with managers and HR leadership on issue resolution, and maintains confidentiality throughout the process. Here are the key responsibilities of this position: * Recruitment Support, as needed to back-up the Talent Acquisition team: * Assist in the coordination of recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. * Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience. * Onboarding and Orientation: * Facilitate new hire onboarding activities, including preparing orientation materials and conducting orientation sessions. * Ensure new employees have the necessary tools and information to integrate seamlessly into the company. * HR Administration: * Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system. * Assist with the administration of HR policies and procedures. * Employee Relations: * Respond to employee inquiries and provide basic information on HR policies and procedures. * Support the resolution of minor employee relations issues under the guidance of HR leadership. * Benefits Administration: * Assist with benefits enrollment processes and address basic benefits-related inquiries from employees.
