Prepare accurate, timely financial statements and assist with the month-end close process. Preparation and posting of monthly journal entries. Process expense reports. Maintain prepaid, rent and fixed asset schedules. Conduct monthly and quarterly balance sheet account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance. Record and reconcile cash, credit card and insurance payments. Analyze financial statements and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and analyses. Provide financial support for renewals and reconciliations. Provide backup support for accounts payable. Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in accounting required. 3+ years' experience in general accounting. Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Strong written and oral communication skills.
