Overview of Job Function The Vice President, Product Management (“the VP”) creates the vision and roadmap for our Workforce Management (WFM) specialty solutions portfolio of products and services. The VP is also responsible for orchestrating the delivery of these capabilities through operational functions across the organization. The role includes acting as the executive level sponsor for a selection of key customers to provide portfolio level updates or escalation support. The VP is a pragmatic, strategic and experienced SaaS software product management leader with excellent communication skills and executive presence and is accustomed to delivering presentations to senior executives and internal stakeholders to get approval, feedback, and funding for initiatives. Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities: Develop the roadmap, vision and strategy of the WFE platform, aligning with broader cloud objectives. Engage cross-functionally with Go-to-Market, Engineering, Research, Sales, Partners, and Delivery groups to best understand customer needs and feasible approaches to meet those needs. Identify new products or enhancements to existing products by understanding and analyzing user needs, Verint’s current product suite and customer business requirements. Develop business cases and prioritize execution. Manage and measure the success of your products with detailed analysis on cost, pricing, and margin across our cloud offerings. Define requirements and establish execution plans, migration and adoption strategies. Identify market opportunities, perform competitive analysis, and engage with industry analysts. Collaborate closely with Product Management leaders across the Enterprise to determine integration opportunities with Verint portfolio of applications. Gather and incorporate product feedback into subsequent product releases. Direct formal product documentation such as feature sheets and user guides. Lead a team of product managers that are working with your guidance to execute these responsibilities. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or related field required or equivalent work experience Minimum of 15 years’ overall relevant experience in Engineering and/or Product Management with 10+ years of progressive leadership experience Extensive experience with SaaS software Experience with natural language processing, artificial intelligence, conversational intelligence or similar solutions Solid mix of technical, product and business intelligence Demonstrated success in bringing new offers to market Strong data analysis skills including financial modeling and pricing experience Exceptional written and oral communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders Proven ability to work effectively across a diverse and matrixed organization Demonstrated success in driving results in collaborative, cross-functional environments with little instruction or oversight Excellent presentation skills with strong ability to present to senior-level executives Preferred Requirements: Experience in B2B enterprise software linked to the Customer Engagement Market Basic proficiency in any programming or scripting language Verint Systems Inc. is committed to maintaining a workplace free from discrimination, retaliation, and sexual and any other form of harassment.
