The position of Presales Consultant is an essential part of our services at Coremicro, Inc. The goal is to assist customers with a superior level of service, and to build a long lasting professional relationships. QUALIFICATIONS
- A Quick Learner with excellent interpersonal communication skills
- The Presales Consultant will be able to learn quickly and move toward providing presale questions to Pro Audio/Video technology products and workflows
- Strong candidates will have a good understanding of Graphics, Film, Live Production, and Audio to articulate technical information in simple terms
- Delegate tasks required to create a proposal. Review and validate proposals
- Delegate tasks required to offer a response to an RFP, RFI, RFQ, and validate deliverables
- Perform product demonstrations
- Research, prospect and establish leads, followed by an introductory needs analysis/discovery meeting and product demonstration utilizing a consultative sales approach
- Assist in set up, testing, and tear down of all equipment for any COREMICRO event on location
- Inform about opportunities uncovered at these events
- Inform Marketing and/or Strategic Development of any high-profile clients who attended these events
- Relatively frequent traveling may be required
- Strong communication and telephone skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Team oriented
- Self-motivated
- Zero - Two years of sales experience
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills
- Computer proficiency, with knowledge of Microsoft Windows, MAC, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, database, and web-based applications (CRM Customer Relationship Management Software and systems)
