Staff Accountant

Responsibilities:

+ Responsible for Daily Cash Management of customer payments, vendor payments, ACH, and positive pay activity by monitoring daily bank activity.

+ Analyze Accounts Receivable aging report for unpaid invoices and assist in collections.

+ General Ledger accuracy and analysis

+ General Ledger Account reconciliations

+ Preparation of departmental monthly budgets and entity level financials

+ Assist with Annual Budget preparation and reporting.

+ Fixed asset and depreciation reporting

+ Assist in year-end audits and audits by other tax agencies.

+ Preparation of year-end 1099s

+ Administration of the credit card usage and reporting system

+ May be assigned special projects by the Controller or CFO

Qualifications:

+ Bachelors degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance

+ Excel Experience - V Look Ups, Pivot tables - create and maintain large sets of data

+ 3 years in accounting (manufacturing) is a MUST

+ Having warehouse inventory experience is a HUGE MUST

+ We are rolling out Concur in 2 moths so that is a HUGE PLUS
