Join our G90 Urology Surgical Care Unit as a Licensed Practical Nurse and become a part of a supportive environment where everyone excels and is valued for what they bring to the team. On our G90 Urology Surgical Care Unit, you will be caring for adult patients that have a variety of complex diagnoses, as well as our post-operative Urology patients. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will work under the direction of an RN or physician to provide basic bedside care within prescribed limitations for hospital patients of all ages. Your primary duties will include, but are not limited to observing patients, reporting abnormal findings or changes in patients' condition, collecting data for patient assessment, administering medication, and performing routine laboratory tests. The ideal caregiver is someone who: Thrives in a team environment. Provides care with compassion and empathy. Excels in a fast-paced environment. Can critically think and problem-solve for patients' best interests. This position is working a Day/Night rotating shift (rotating every 6-week schedule); 7a-730p / 7p-730a.
