Job Description:

The Senior Financial Analyst will develop, prepare, evaluate, and analyze the complex financial analysis studies in an accurate and timely manner using financial analysis principles; company financial practices plus policies, to resolve intricate financial problems. The role is key to all major Financial Planning & Analysis processes and functions including, annual and quarterly budgeting and forecasting processes, variance analysis, cash flow control, and value-based decision making. The role provides support to the FP&A Manager & other senior management as required and includes, but is not limited to, investment analysis, new business opportunities - pricing and costing support, and other ad-hoc projects.

Responsibilities:

* Accounting & Controlling Process Support

* Participate in the preparation and analysis of weekly, monthly, and annual revenue and margin forecasting

* Participate in the formulation and analysis of the financial data used to guide operations

* Participate in the advance development and analysis of policy geared toward the refinement of financial management techniques.

* Support closing activities as required

* Process improvement mindset; play a key role in evolving, improving and standardizing processes

* Functional Department Support

* Partner with Program Management function to support internal program reviews and customer requests

* Work closely with Sales & Marketing team to prepare pro-forma financials in support of new contract negotiations

* Participate in the monthly SIOP process as the Finance lead

* Partner with Program Management and Engineering to support and develop Business Evaluation Models for leadership review

* A/R & Cash Flow Controlling

* Prepare and review AR & FCF for weekly forecast submittal

* Assist with credit control process and credit limit establishment & maintenance

* Work with Accounts Receivable team to report, analyze, and manage aged debt

* Business Controlling

* Prepares, analyzes and reports out on FOC (Free of Charge) requirements for the business

* Provide a detailed analysis of a wide range of varying special project assignments

* Ensure complete adherence to both corporate and statutory financial policies

Education and Experience:

* Bachelor's degree required

* Master's degree preferred

* 5+ years professional financial analysis experience

Skills and Knowledge:

* Commercial and price development experience with a demonstrable understanding of financial matters and profit drivers

* Knowledge of SAP and expert proficiency in Excel

* Experience with GAAP

* Comfortable with creation and manipulation of large data bases

Descripcin del trabajo:

El Analista Financiero Senior desarrollar, preparar, evaluar y analizar los complejos estudios de anlisis financiero de manera precisa y oportuna utilizando principios de anlisis financiero; prcticas y polticas financieras de la empresa para resolver complejos problemas financieros. * Soporte funcional del departamento

* Asciese con la funcin de gestin de programas para respaldar las revisiones internas de programas y las solicitudes de los clientes.

* Trabajar en estrecha colaboracin con el equipo de Ventas y Marketing para preparar finanzas proforma en apoyo de las negociaciones de nuevos contratos.

* Participar en el proceso SIOP mensual como lder de Finanzas.

* Asociarse con Ingeniera y Gestin de Programas para respaldar y desarrollar modelos de evaluacin empresarial para la revisin del liderazgo.

* Control de cuentas por cobrar y flujo de caja

* Preparar y revisar AR y FCF para el envo de pronstico semanal

* Ayudar con el proceso de control de crdito y el establecimiento y mantenimiento del lmite de crdito.

* Trabajar con el equipo de Cuentas por Cobrar para informar, analizar y gestionar la deuda antigua.

*Control de Negocios

* Prepara, analiza e informa sobre los requisitos FOC (Gratis) para el negocio.
