2nd Shift Job Description: Production Assistant Supervisor Position Overview:

The Production Assistant Supervisor is vital to a company's manufacturing or production department. This individual is responsible for overseeing the Offline activities, ensuring the smooth execution of production processes, and maintaining high efficiency and quality throughout the production cycle. Key Responsibilities: Supervision and Team Leadership:

Provide direct supervision and guidance to a team of production assistants. Set clear expectations, assign tasks, and monitor team members' progress. Motivate and mentor production assistants to ensure a positive and productive work environment. Address any performance issues and provide constructive feedback for improvement. Report directly to Production Supervisor.

Maintain accurate records of production activities, including output, downtime, and any issues encountered. Quality Control and Assurance:

Work closely with quality control teams to ensure products meet established quality standards and specifications. Regularly check finished products to identify defects, deviations, or inconsistencies. Train new production assistants to ensure they understand their roles, responsibilities, and safety procedures. Facilitate ongoing training and skill development for production assistants to enhance their performance and versatility.

Communication and Collaboration:

Maintain open communication channels with other production supervisors, managers, and departments to facilitate a smooth flow of information and materials. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address production-related issues, share best practices, and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational or technical training is a plus. Able to work overtime and work in a team environment Able to communicate in a professional manner with team members Basic computer skills for record-keeping and communication purposes.
