Het uitvoeren van “supplier Quality” managementactiviteiten met als doel borgen dat de juiste kwaliteit producten en-/of diensten worden geleverd door internationale toeleveranciers. In het geval van non-conformiteiten, te herleiden aan toeleveranciers, maatregelen nemen ten einde de schade te beperken en herhaling te voorkomen (claim-management).
Verantwoordelijkheden
Toetsen en beoordelen van kwaliteitssystemen van (internationale) leveranciers door middel van (jaarlijkse) audits en bezoeken
Adviseren over en begeleiden van verbetering/aanpassing van producten/processen bij externe (internationale) toeleverancier aan de hand van auditresultaten.
Coördinatie van verbetermaatregelen met multidisciplinaire (internationale) teams in geval van kwaliteitsproblemen met significante impact op klanttevredenheid.
Ondersteunen van de organisatie tijdens haalbaarheidsstudies en het creëren van producteisen in relatie tot productieprocessen van (internationale) leveranciers.
Ondersteuning van Engineering bij de ontwikkeling van de definitie van kritieke kenmerken en hoe klant gerelateerde eisen te behandelen
Reductie product- en proces risico’s.
Beheer en aanvullen van materiaal stamgegevens met de juiste Quality Assurance data.
Aan welke kwalificaties moet je voldoen
Hbo werk- en/of denkniveau, studierichting techniek
Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in kwaliteitsbeheersing
Opleiding interne auditor als minimum (lead auditor een pré)
Leidinggevende/aansturende capaciteiten
Lean Six-Sigma Green belt
Kennis van
Geautomatiseerde software-systemen (MS-Office, SAP en Agile)
Engelse taal, Duits is een pré
(inter)nationale kwaliteitssystemen (zoals ISO 9001 en AQAP 2110)
Bedrijfs-, veiligheids-, arbo-, milieu- en kwaliteitsprocedures en voorschriften (ISO)
