Reporting to the hospital’s Administrative Director of Operations, the Hospital Manager Molecular Pathology, will be supported by a Laboratory Supervisor, and lead a team Medical Laboratory Techs and Labor Support Techs across all laboratory specialties. Hospital Manager Molecular Pathology is accountable for managing day to day operations of the department, assisting with new-hire education, managing budgets, improving processes to increase efficiency, updating policy procedures, and ensuring regulatory compliance. will have a clinical laboratory / pathology background working as a Medical Laboratory Scientist, Medical Technologist, Clinical Lab Scientist within a Core Lab, Molecular Pathology, or Genometrics. The
