Some of your duties may include:Keying and verifying sales orders-Retail and Food ServiceAnswer telephone calls direct calls to appropriate contact or assist the incoming sales callGreet Customers and handle inquiries/ order pickups as needed.Communications and paperwork for retail accounts and other departments: Purchasing, distribution, customer service, and accounts receivable.Identify and resolve customer concerns.Assist customers and sales reps with basic needs.Assist account managers with collections and credit issues.Things you need to be able to do:Strong interpersonal/communication skills with the ability to multi-task. Strong computer skills are required.High level of accuracy and attention to detail.Microsoft Office Things that are a plus: College degree preferred but not required 2-3 years of experience.What we think you'll love about Gourmet Foods International:Keep moving.
