SUMMARY :

Provide superb service while building strong relationships to our customers and internal team members. Input customer's purchase orders and returns accurately and in a timely fashion. Research and process short pays. Revise database and pending order when up-to-date information is discovered.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Quickly and accurately input received Purchase Orders and returns into D365. Update orders and communicate shipping date adjustments to customers and team members. Ensure all customer complaints are handled professionally and promptly. Review customer credit requests for accuracy and assist Sales Team and Accounting to resolve short or latepayment issues. Provide back-up documentation to challenge unjust deductions. Build and foster relationships with your key account contacts under the direction of the overall business plan from the Key Account Manager. Establish Key Account Specific KPI's that align with the customers direction and supports PBI's overall strategy. Drive to "Best in Class" Customer experience that allows PBI to separate from competitors from Order to Ship with a drive to 100% OTIF. Consistently follow current processes. Training for self- growth. Supports other departments with special projects.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

Education: High school diploma required; some college preferred or equivalent work experience. Experience: 5 years customer service experience. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Ability to ensure accuracy while working in a fast-paced environment. Competitive Good math aptitude Work with a sense of urgency and multitasking skills. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to look at the "big picture." Ability to upsell. Travel required in this position: 0-10%
