What Youll Do As a Project Manager, youll oversee residential design-build projects from concept to completion, working closely with our internal carpentry crews, sales team, design team, and trusted subcontractors to deliver exceptional results. Youll Be Responsible For Participate in pre-construction meetings, coordinating sub-contractor bids, setting each project up for success Creating and managing construction schedules with linked payment milestones Communicating regularly with clients through project management software to keep them informed and confident Coordinating subcontractors and in-house crews to maintain timelines and quality standards Reviewing bids, budgets, and invoices to ensure cost accuracy Supporting your team with clear leadership, mentorship, and accountability Who You Are Youre a natural leader who thrives in a collaborative environment and takes ownership of results. You can manage both the big picture and the details, from field execution to customer communication.
