Summary: Remotely supporting construction management who are in the field to enable efficient production by performing the following duties. THIS IS A REMOTE ROLE, dealing in multistate operations. While this role is remote, preference may be given to applicants residing in the Northeast U.S. or Eastern Time Zone.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
  • Assist Project Managers with administrative tasks as needed
  • Coordinate with Project Managers to monitor invoices and other expenses
  • Coordinate with Project Managers to accurately track construction activity
  • Coordinate with Strategic Planning and other Team members on projects, efficiencies and suggestions for improvement
  • Handle permit services and support as needed
  • Assist Administrative Team with Payroll process as needed
  • Assist with internal Credit Card process as needed
  • Assist Administrative Team with Employee Paperwork as needed
  • Other projects as assigned
Education and/or Experience

High school student or graduate (or equivalent - GED); 0-2 years related experience and/or training

Competencies:
  • Ability to handle backup for multiple projects in multiple states
  • Able to effectively communicate and work closely with diverse groups
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize
  • Reliable - must be punctual
  • Basic (ideally intermediate) skills of entire Microsoft Office suite (i.e. Excel, Word, etc)
  • Focused on business processes and ability to provide input on policies and procedures from the employees' perspective with avenues of improvement
