**Sales Manager - BCV (Remote)**

Chicago, Illinois | Full Time As the premier social media provider to luxury hotels & resorts, BCV is uniquely positioned for rapid, uninhibited growth. This role is a primary contributor to the growth and success of BCV. The Sales Manager is responsible for building an ongoing, strong new business pipeline and hitting revenue goals. This will be achieved by working with a talented team across BCV, understanding clients business needs, and how BCV can assist clients in the management of the social media landscape.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

* Directly sell BCV social media services to client prospects in the hospitality industry (e.g. hotels and resorts, hospitality brands, ownership groups, management companies, etc.).

* Experience identifying and building new strategic relationships with all levels within hospitality organizations and leveraging existing contacts to engage new prospects.

* Develop relationships with key channel partners to build sales pipeline and win new business.

* Implement best practice sales management and sales processes.

* Meet or exceed annual and quarterly sales targets and quotas.

* Lead the development of key Sales and Marketing materials (e.g. standard client presentation, elevator pitch, collateral sheet, etc.)

* Collaborate with other Functional Heads and the Executive Team to build strong organic revenue growth and a high-performance sales organization.

* Maintain a strong understanding of current and new competition, positioning and trends.

* Attend, present and represent BCV at industry meetings and conferences as appropriate.

* Assess and pursue new targeted industry verticals and markets by strategically building relationships with key influencers to penetrate and win business.

* Provide input to new innovative service and product development activities.

* Proactively track and maintain all prospect and client activity in Salesforce.com.

* Provide quality sales pipeline forecasts to the VP of Sales on an ongoing basis

* Generate, own and manage a pipeline of new business prospects through an aggressive

* and polished outbound sales approach

* Manage sales pipeline in Salesforce CRM with high degree of organization and detail

**REQUIREMENTS**

* 7-10 years experience in sales

* 3-5 years experience in hospitality and/or travel

* Experience using Salesforce preferred

* Solid understanding of the marketing domain including digital marketing, PR and/or social media

* Experience with building new strategic relationships with all levels within an organization

* Proven strong track record for achieving and exceeding sales quotas

* Demonstrated success of building a pipeline of new client prospects and sales opportunities and converting to revenues

* Excellent verbal and written communication

* Well organized, able to multi-task and prioritize
